A Hidden Family Sanctuary in the Heart of Bali
Tucked quietly behind the bustle of Legian, Kin House feels like a secret oasis — a collection of villas created by a sister and her four brothers, built on the same land where we spent many family holidays and built core childhood memories.
Our parents have owned Robins Place for over 25 years — a much-loved corner of Bali that shaped our childhood. Now, we’ve built Kin House, a new generation of villas designed for our own children to grow up, running barefoot and salty under the same sun.
Kin meaning family, connection, and belonging — everything this place represents. It’s our tribute to the bond that began here decades ago, and our invitation to share that with others.
Kin House is made up of 4 villas
Two 3 bedroom villas and Two 2 bedroom villas (which can join via a party wall to form a spacious 4 bedroom retreat)
You can rent one, all four, or add on Robins Place villas conveniently located in the same lane — ideal for family reunions, milestone birthdays, or friends coming together to celebrate life’s big moments in one private oasis.
Each villa blends modern comfort with relaxed island charm — open-air living, inside and outside sunken lounges for entertaining, and quiet corners that feel a world away from the busy streets outside.
Set in the heart of Legian, Kin House is the perfect base to explore the best of Bali. Wander to the beach, discover nearby bars and cafés, or simply stay in your private sanctuary and let the rhythm of the island slow you down.
About host
Nick McEvoy
Kin House Villas were born from a family of five siblings — our “kin” — who have been visiting Bali since we were little. Over countless family trips, we fell in love with the island’s warmth, its people, and its balance of energy and calm. We wanted to create a space that reflects those memories — villas that feel like home yet carry the essence of Bali’s spirit.
Welcome to our little piece of Bali — from our family to yours
